Ravenshoe Railway Caravan Park

The caravan park is currently comprised of  29 powered sites and 21 unpowered sites (including a volunteer camping area).  Area 5 is the site designated for caretaker caravans.

Our site fees are as of November 2023: $20 for an unpowered site and $25 for a powered site.

We don’t take bookings but advise (in the busy season of June through September) to arrive mid-morning to secure a site

Utilities in the park include male and female toilet facilities and shower block (hot water supply) with a toilet and shower for persons with a disability, and a laundry room with three washing machines, and two dryers (coin-operated).

There are 2 long clotheslines within the park and an open kitchen area with a campfire set up site for evening social events.

The park is connected to the reticulated water supply (town water), and has grey water dump portals on all sites in Areas 1, 2 and 3.

The black water site is located in nearby Ascham Street near the sewage treatment plant past the school.
